Baby spots in chest

Hello recently my baby has developed theses spots on her chest and they seem to have gotten worse. I’m not sure what they are she does have baby acne and when I roll a glass on it it turns white. I’m not sure if it a heat rash or what.. does anyone have any ideas.

My baby has this really sensitive spot behind her ear it’s wet and I’m cleaning it with warm water but it won’t get better it’s appeared randomly. Does anyone know what I can do?
