Obese and potential pcos pill options?

I'm currently 8 months pregnant and after a rough time I know I don't want to do pregnancy again

I have pretty much all the physical symptoms of pcos (thin hair, facial hair growth, obese, heavy periods to name a few) although I've never been diagnosed with is as I've never struggled to get pregnant as both times iv conceived naturally in the first month

I've only ever taken microgynon when I was younger and then cerezette but this altered my personality in a horrible way and caused lots of middle or the night sickness episodes so I come off it and just tracked my periods as they run like clock work on a 28 day cycle

I'll obviously see a doctor once I'm no longer pregnant to discuss this but I just need some reassurance that I can get help before newborn brain fog and probable pnd sets in!
