Anti depressants question

Hi guys

So to cut a long story short I had pnd and anxiety after the birth of my son and was treated at a mother and baby unit. Mentally I became the best I think I've ever been and spent a number of months very happy. I had therapy and was prescribed setraline 100mg.

My question is, I'm starting to feel down again. I'm just wondering because I thought that this couldn't occur while I was on anti depressants. Has anyone had this occur for them? Did you have to get s higher dose?

And regarding a higher dose, i feel it would be better if you could discuss that with your doctor
