Please reassure me - can I internally damage 8 months PP?

My son is 8months this week, and yesterday I moved my sofa and tv unit around which was bloody heavy, I did think after a while I should stop. That evening I noticed I had been bleeding and I have been bleeding since, like a period so I put it down to that as my cycle has been a bit weird.

anyway I was just pit doing the kids Christmas Eve boxes and I leant over and felt a bit of a burning kind of sensation in the one side of my incision. It’s fine when I’m sat up but leaning right over makes it feel a bit funny/burning.

im a real worrier so I’ve got terrible visions of me being split open on the inside and bleeding to my death while I sit here unknowing 😂 please can someone reassure me?!

No idea on that one sorry @MickeyMouseShithouse but any bleeding between AF should be checked out.

Could it be a prolapse? You can get these from lifting heavy stuff.

@breathcalmly oh? I don’t know.. I don’t think anything feels out of the ordinary? Would I know if it was? 🙈

I know bleeding between AF should be checked; but I’m in two minds as to whether this is just my cycle settling - as my periods are usually fairly heavy and since the birth they’ve been every 40 days bang on - however at 45 days this month so 5 days late, I had a light bleed for two days.. that was 15 days ago and now this - so I’m wondering if my cycles are just settling and they’ll go back to being a bit shorter now?
