Worried about B12 levels and breastfeeding

Hello I have coherently been told my B vitamin levels are high (as in at this moment I am
habinf trouble absorbing nutrients etc) I have been oeescribed thamin as I have recently been feeling really weak and had tingles. Slowly but surely I am getting better however I have read a lot on google stating that B vitamins issues whilst Breastfeeding can be harmful to the baby. I am already dealing with anxiety issues so I am so worried about DD who is now 8 months. I am still breastfeeding, fortunately she is taking alittle but of solids, ( still trial and error with what she likes but she is doing well.

I have read alot of scary things but I am trying to take solace in the fact she is developing well. (Crawling by 6 Months and standing and cursing and even took two steps today at 8 and half months). I am so worried I have not Bering giving her what she needs.

I am booked in with a IV and B vitamin shot ina. Few days. HV has stated alunless I was close to being “ anorexic” I should not worry. HVs tend to have their own on piin I feel. Has anyone been I. This position and baby is okay?

thank you

So sorry that you've been having trouble dealing with this @Missgxt

Can I ask what you've been reading? Is it all on evidence based website like Kellymom?

Have you reached out to the Drugs in Breastmilk Information Service?

I have just been googling like mad tbh. However all
health professionals says she should be fine. Google has been my worst enemy since pregnancy. Dealing with alot
of anxiety. Her eight is on 50th percentile and she’s surpassing milestones so I’m trying to remain calm.

I would try and keep your googling to evidence based only, otherwise you'll get lots of conflicting information and a lot of it will be opinion rather than fact.

I'm just a bit worried about your level of health anxiety.

Do you think that you could have Post Natal Depression?
