Hello everyone my little girl was one this week 💔🎂 and my hair is still ruined it's still falling out not as bad tho my hairline is all but gone around the sides nape and temples , is it safe to say I've something more serious going on ? I lost most of my hair ten years ago to Anorexia and feared this ever since Im heartbroken tbh the only thing I can say I like about myself is my hair , I'm also really fat now and can't stand to look in the mirror but I'm afraid to lose weight because of my hair , I was in great shape before I had her and my hair was too my lower back, I feel like a alien I don't feel like me anymore and I just want to be me 💔 everyone keeps telling me my hairs fine and I'm actually worried it's in my head now , has my fear of losing my hair convinced me I am when I'm not I don't even know anymore I paid to see a specialist who basically said it could be female pattern hairloss or telogen effluvium time will tell but don't worry about it because I have lots of hair , that was useless to me 🤮 I can't live everyday so worried about it 😭 I can't sleep and haven't slept properly for months even tho my little girl is an amazing sleeper, has anyone had female pattern hairloss had bad does it get because at this stage it can't be postpartum hairloss my daughter's 1 💔 i don't think I could go through losing my hair again I've already done it before it destroyed me and I know it's only hair but it's my hair 💔 part of me thinks the trauma of losing my hair first time has caused me to see things that aren't there part of me thinks it's really happening and because I've so much hair it will be painful and slow , I guess I'm just looking advice on what to do I feel so crushed by it
