I had my 3rd baby 20 months ago and my hormones have been a nightmare since.
I was always a cold non sweaty, person now I'm permanently hot & sweaty, which I'm struggling to cope with and on top of that I also have acne around my chin/jawline.
I have been on and on to the doctors, they just keep sending me for bloods and then telling me all of my levels are normal except my liver which was high but has come down.
I prescribed lymecycline (antibiotics) 6 weeks ago and epiduo (topical gel) last week due to the lymecyycline having no effect so have been told to use them together. I know it's only been a week since having the epiduo but it's getting no better and I'm struggling to cope mentally
Has anyone else been in the same situation? Do you have any tips?
