Vagina delivery vaccum assisted

Hi ladies

after normal delivery I had urine retention I was not able to pee and I was on catheter then after 3 Days they removed it and I have some 25ml of urine left in my bladder now also.
it’s been now 5 months I feel discomfort in urge when my urine level goes to 150ml. I don’t have leakage. After urinating no discomfort. Anyone facing this

Also I don’t issues while sleeping at night or sitting only when I do activities I face discomfort of urge
