Mummy MOT - is it worth it?

I'm currently 8 months PP and still rocking a big old baby bump. I'm considering booking a 'Mummy MOT' to check out if I have diastasis recti, etc.
Can anyone who has had the Mummy MOT share their experience please? Was it worth it?

I am still on a waiting list for the hospital (my daughter is nearly 1 now!) and i hada mummy mot a few weeks ago,

Checked my tear, pelvic floor, my muscles gave me advice and a deep massage to help relieve my tense back!

She answered everything i needed and it was worth it, its worth to do something to look after yourself <3
