My 10 month old has this weird like spotty rash as seen in picture, as you can see it’s like they are filled? Like little spots he always has these on his arms and legs but never on his belly or back, it’s so strange. No one seems to be able to give me a direct answer, it doesn’t really resemble an allergic reaction as they look like little tiny spots? Has anyone else’s little bubba got this and if so what is it and what helps?
