Hair loss

It's happening!

The dreaded postnatal hair loss 😭

I've always had very thin and fine hair and since having my little girl 10 weeks ago I've noticed a big difference this week when I brush my hair and and when I'm showering!

What can I do to prevent this? I know I can't prevent it fully but what can I do to replenish and keep my hair healthy as possible?

Does anybody have any key products or tips? Thank you x

Is your iron low? Obviously there will be some hair loss but taking something like Spatone or floradix may help

Use a shampoo without sulphates in it. Also go as long as you can between washes. Sulphates strip away healthy oils and make hair brittle.
