My twins are 5 months and I still haven't had a proper period.
I had a very light bleed I think it was 2 weeks after I'd stopped bleeding from the birth and nothing since. I'm always getting cramps like I'm about to come on but nothing happens. I am formula feeding and have been exclusively since 6 weeks. Should I be worried or is this normal. My first two babies I breastfed for a year and didn't have a period the whole time I was breastfeeding.
