Weird periods after birth

Hi all,

Just wanted to see if anyone has had a similar experience. I gave birth 12 weeks ago, stopped breastfeeding recently (due to various reasons).

Today I woke up with period cramping and medium flow bleeding. But the bleeding has just suddenly stopped this evening? I’m still having cramps but not a drop of blood…a one day period can’t be normal surely?

Has anyone else experienced this?

Sounds normal after BFing, they don't usually return to pre-pg levels for 2 or 3 months.

Hi @PanicBuyingSprouts, it actually stopped completely over night then came back this morning! Bit weird but I’m just going with it
