It is possible but I think less common. Maybe you have Seasona Affective Disorder? I personally find winter months with babies to be very grim. You can't get out much, it's dark most of the day, you feel more tired, etc.

When I had my first child my GP explained that the window for pnd is far longer than we assume, something like 5 years. So I would say, yes it absolutely could be, but whatever the reason for your malaise please do speak to your GP/HV.
