Hello!
I am 18 weeks pp and want to be healthy and lose weight without effecting milk supply,
What’s the best weight loss guide? My gp doesn’t want to help or point me in any direction
I have tried weight watchers but don’t like their new set up, I’d like to know how many calories And it doesn’t tell you !
Struggling with looking at the mirror, photos and feeling good about myself, increased about 2/3 dress sizes and just want to feel nice :(

Exercise would be an obvious one. Have you tried going out for walks? Or maybe some Youtube workout videos?

I think anything that doesn't mess with your diet would be in the safe zone.

I think you need to plan for proper food to keep you going.
Presumably you're ok with meals but snack were my downfall.
Oatcakes and cheddar or carrots and hummus instead of half a packet of chocolate biscuits to stave off the b/f starving feeling (but maybe that's just me Blush )

But do concentrate on keeping up your energy levels with loads of good veg while you've got a tiny baby to care for.
