Painful breast 5 month PP

I had my baby 5 months ago and for the past month or so I have been having quiet a lot of pain in my left breast. I try to feel them often and there are no lumps. Is this normal after having a baby? I never breast fed

I am unsure if this is normal but I had my baby 10 months ago and I get pain in my right breast often. I had it checked by my gp who said all felt OK but I still get it. I notice it more around my period and it remains like that for a couple of weeks after its ended. Maybe have it checked by your gp for peace of mind
