Is it possible to tear after sex?

Hi ladies please can you help.

So.. 3 years ago I had a episiotomy and stitches. They Healed.

Last September I had my second daughter (no stitches) or tears.

After sex one evening I felt sore.. which brings me to now, I don’t really look down there but did recently and it looks torn. And when I feel around that area in the perineum it hurtssssss, and if I dab it with toilet paper there will be a spot of blood now and again.

Sex hurts.

I don’t know what to do, my gp is useless and don’t have appointments until next month.

Please help.

I've not heard of this, unless the sex was particularly rough.

If the GP is useless, could you want for them to close today and then ring 111 or book in at a local Walk In Centre?
