Can you ever get rid of the c-sec apron?

I was overweight to start with.. But just wondering is it ever possible to get rid of the overhang? If I was to completely overhaul my diet and massively exercise my life away would it go?! 😂

Mine is gone - took 2 years after first c-section and 3 after the second, but its almost completely gone now. I work full time with a long commute, so don’t have much time for exercise, otherwise it would have been quicker. I’m in the healthy BMI range, but really not slim.

I’ve had 3 CS. Was not overweight before, during or after any of my pregnancies. And yet I have a small apron. A couple of years ago I was very ill and lost a lot of weight (about 10% of my body weight). Putting me at a BMI it about 20. The apron got a bit smaller. I reckon I’d need to get very thin for it to go.

Ah really interesting, thank you. I guess it depends completely on your body and the site of the incision.
