Periods after 10 months

My LB is 10 months. He was born via C Section.... my periods are no longer clockwork like they used to be.
I was a 5 day period every 28 days without a doubt.
Now I'm horrendous.

This cycle I'm in currently started almost three weeks ago..... slight spotting for 4 days then my period came.... slows down (thought I was almost done) then BOOM full on bleed.

Clots and everything..... I'm so fed up of bleeding heavy. Wearing tampons and pads but still bleeding though.

Is this normal? I've been "on" for almost three weeks

No it’s not. The GP can probably give you something for the bleeding and will probably want to check your iron too
