Did your weight change after you stopped bfeeding?

DD is 9 months and I am still bfeeding quite a lot and plan to continue until she is at least 1yo. I have been incredibly lucky and have lost all my pregnancy weight very quickly, which I think is only thanks to bfeeding as I have been eating a lot and not moving much (I usually gain weight very easily so it’s really odd for me to have gone down without effort).
I wonder whether there’ll be a massive increase in weight waiting for me as soon as I stop nursing... what is your experience?

I didn't notice much change first time round. I think I stopped breastfeeding sooo slowly that nothing dramatic happened. I was still breastfeeding once a day at bedtime when my DS was two. I'm hoping for the same this time round!

I got pregnant just as I was finishing feeding DS1 but other than the obvious pregnancy weight I didn't pile it back on

Nope stayed the same.

I've been breastfeeding almost two years and have lost nothing at all. The deluded me likes to think it'll fall off after but it probably won't.
