I know I can't get a medical advise but just wondering if any of your babies had this type of rash/spots on their neck, behind ears and top part of chest. I thought it might be drool rash or heat rash as my baby is 4months old and produces a lot of saliva, I do keep a bib on him. I give him a bath every second day. He has a chubby neck so the skin creases look red. I've tried vaseline which didn't help and put some sudocream last night which improved it very small amount. What do you think and what would you use?
