Im 13 weeks PP and my hair has just started coming out a few days ago. The hair loss on my hairline is absolutely horrendous! Its knocked my confidence so much and is making me feel so depressed, I havnt stopped crying. I know it sounds so vain but it really has got me on the bottom.
I've ordered some biotin tablets from amazon and using main & tail shampoo. Has anyone got any tips on how to help with the hair loss or even just how to cope with it x

No advise as such just some solidarity! When mine started it really depressed me but there’s no way of fixing it from what I’ve read. Just your bodies way of readjusting after child birth. I have a very receding hairline and it’s oh so thin but my way of dealing with it is no one is currently seeing me and when they do I will have been able to visit the hair dresser to try and cover it! It’s 22 weeks since I had my boy and hopefully it should start to settle down. I’m refusing to waste money on the Miracle (!) shampoos as I don’t think it’ll help.
Hope yours gets back to normal soon!

This happened to me too, it's awful. I'd heard about PP hair loss but I never fully appreciated just how much hair I would lose. The good news is that it does grow back! I'm 14 months PP and the hair where my bald patches were is now almost at my chin. My hairdresser said this is really common, hang in there x
