Spots on baby’s chest and back - eczema or?

Hi all does anyone know what this could be on baby? Goes red after bath/when hot but always there bumpy and rough.
Poor thing x

How long has baby had the rash?

I don’t wish to alarm you, but my first thought would be to rule out meningitis, so I would recommend calling 111 now.

Little babies can be prone to skin spots/bumps I believe. My first baby had bad baby acne on her face at about 6 weeks old. My sister’s baby had bad eczema on her torso, that turned out to be food allergies. So it could be many things - I would visit the doctor with this really
