Is it normal to be able to feel your internal wound, after a c section?

So, at the very bottom of my tummy, there is a long horizontal, raised line which I can physically feel to touch, through the skin on my tummy.

I had a c section 6 weeks ago, and the external bikini line wound is healing nicely, but this other one is bigger, and I can only assume it's the uterine incision.

I have no bleeding or discharge, but I can feel the raised incision when I touch my tummy and it stings a little by the end of the day.

Is this normal? Or a sign that I'm overdoing it? Dont really know what to make of it 🙄
