Sore boobs - baby seven weeks old

Is it normal to have sore boobs? I know my supply is meant to be established by now and I thought they'd feel better than this. Earlier on, maybe 4-5 weeks, they felt quite comfortable, but they are now always tender on the sides near my armpits and underneath, and quite often I would describe them as sore. I've tried wearing non wired bras and flexi wire bras. Is it normal to feel sore? Lying on my side is too uncomfortable at times.

Blocked ducts? Over surply? Def worth getting this checked out.

@june2007 thanks for replying. I think you might be onto something with oversupply, I've emailed la leche league for some advice as I'm a bit worried about doing anything that will affect supply. We had trouble feeding to begin with due to tongue tie (which was snipped) and I'm terrified of doing something that messed breastfeeding up.
