Formula feeding- When did you get your first period PP?

Hi everyone!

I breast fed for 1 week but then moved onto formula. Baby is now 15 weeks old and I haven't had a period yet.

I know if you breastfeed it takes longer for your periods to return but from what I've read your supposed to get your period 6-8 weeks after if your formula feeding.

Did anyone else take longer to get their period back?

Keep getting a little worried- we are using contraception but I can't help worrying it's failed 🤣

Mine was six weeks exactly. Worth getting a test to set your mind at rest?

@Mademoiselle14 thanks for responding!

I did one about 3 weeks ago but there is still that doubt. I think I'll do another one end of week to check! Thanks for responding!
