I stopped bleeding 2 weeks after giving birth I'm now coming up to 6 weeks postpartum and I've started with what felt like mild period pains and pink blood like spotting when I wiped which then turned brown it doesn't come out on to my underwear but there when I wipe for the last 2 days, I have had unprotected sex but feel this is slightly heavier than spotting, what could it be?
