TMI!!!!! weird clot/tissue in period

so i have had a baby 3 months ago. i never got my first period after birth but i started the combined pill, i've just come on my breakthrough bleed after spotting whilst taking the pill as well and i've just had this weird clot with what looks like tissue!!!! could this be a miscarriage early on or is it left over from birth?? never had an thing like this before

Hey ladies, I need advice, this came out of me 4 days ago, everyone is telling me it is a miscarriage, doctor didn't do proper tests, still bleeding, feeling nauseous most of the time, can someone here please help me with advice.. is it a miscarriage, could I still be pregnant? Please help, my mind is going crazy..
