Hiya, I had a c section last year (baby is one is 2 weeks) I’m now 20 and really struggling with my confidence. My pre pregnancy clothes don’t really fit me anymore, and I honestly hate my stomach. I’ve started doing little workouts, but I just need a bit of advice with my mindset, and convincing myself that I can have a mum’bod’ and still be attractive

You can definitely have a Mum/bod and still be attractive. Doing a workout a few times a week will help you feel better too. How's your diet too? Making a few small improvements can often make you feel better about yourself even if you only start by taking a multivitamin each day and trying to eat your 5-a-day Smile
