Hello everyone! I’ve just found out I’m pregnant. I think I am around 6 weeks, clear blue says 3+. I am really scared. I have PCOS and I heard that I am 3 times more likely to miscarry. This is my first ever pregnancy and I am still shocked! Can anyone give me advice? What to eat, what not to eat etc! Also what should I expect with my pcos? On Thursday Saturday and today I had a bit of brown blood when I’ve had a wee. Sorry for all the questions!

Congratulations on being PG Thanks

Here is a list of the foods to avoid.

I don’t know about PCOS, you might be better off asking about that in the Pregnancy Section Smile

Congratulations. I also have PCOS and my baby is now 5 weeks old - a complicated pregnancy but he is perfect. Follow the NHS guidelines re what foods to eat, try not to put on too much weight, and don't panic if you find PCOS ups the risk of some additional health complications. I know how scared you are, but chances are that your baby will be fine. Pm me if I can help.
