Feel like my body had turned against me

Hi all, just wondering how long it took for your bodies to get back to 'normal'?
When I was pregnant I suffered with some joint pain (especially in the tops of my feet) and clicking. I also felt weak and experienced muscular fatigue/stiffness very easily, all of this unusual for me as I was very active pre pregnancy but had to start taking it really easy, I felt like my body had turned against me!
I'm now 4 months postpartum and still experiencing it all, I'm exercising again but feeling very weal compared to how I was pre pregnancy. Am I expecting myself to feel like my old physical self again too soon?
I've had full blood count and thyroid checked also and it all came back normal.

I had terrible joint pain post-natally . My doctor said it was post natal arthritis and would go away after about 6 months (which it did)

@polkadotpixie thanks for replying, that's good to hear, I was starting to get a bit concerned! My ribcage and back in particular is quite achey and sore must of been how it stretched during pregnancy.

@polkadotpixie I forgot to ask, is there anything you did/could do to help with the pain? I've been trying to do yoga but sometimes it makes me feel worse the next day.

Glad I found this thread I too am 4 months post partum and have been suffering terrible joint pain. Reassuring to know it will go away.

@Mewbookitty Sorry, only just saw your question, I didn't really do anything in particular, just tried to keep moving so I didn't seize up and took ibuprofen if the pain was too bad
