Dog jumped on my stomach

I am 2 and half weeks post c section and yesterday we went to my partners family house for the first time since baby was born. They have a lovely, very energetic beagle who's nearly a year old. While there the beagle jumped at me at full force a few times and landed right at my stomach. My scar looks fine although I was very worried but I am in agony now, my stomach below my belly button and above my scar is really sore, like when I first came out of hospital. Are painkillers the only option? Feeling so upset as I was recovering so well and feeling great and now I cant get out of the bed without pain ☹

Pain killers are for pain so unsure why you wouldn't be using them. Anyway your still only 2 weeks post op, it's a major operation and you will experience discomfort as you start to heal. I am not surprised your in more pain if a dog was able to jump on to the wound

I am using painkillers, just wondering if it warrants going back to hospital or gp! was worried I maybe did some internal damage. Havent had any pain for the past week before this happened.

I would be surprised a dog jumping up would have caused any internal damage. However you may need to get checked to ensure you don't have an infection as that can cause pain
