During DS'S labour 3.5 weeks ago, I had an episiotomy and a second degree tear due to him having having a shoulder dystocia. The stitches then became infected and i was put on antibiotics which seemed to work well and the pain stopped. Today however the episiotomy/tear site has been sore again when sitting down. I think the stitches have dissolved so is it possible for it to be reinfected? Has anyone else experienced this?
