Hi everyone.

I feel like I've exhausted so many conversations with professionals so wanted to get the advice of others and see if anyone else out there is experiencing anything similar.

It's been ten months since I gave birth. At around month 3 post birth I realised that I was experiencing a lot of aches and pains. My bones and joints felt so sore every day and I went to my GP. They suspected Rheumatoid arthritis but tests came back clear.

The over body aches and pains in hands and knees seem to have quietened down but for the past three months I've had really bad low back pain. My low back is hurting every day, more so on left side and it goes around to my hips. Quite often I do something and my back goes out on both sides and I have to seek help as I can't actually move with pain or stand straight. My back is very weak but exercise is flaring up the bad areas.

Another thing I've recently noticed is some slight numbness around my front around the left incision of my c section. Not sure if related...

If anyone has sought help and found any answers I'd be grateful for any advice.

Maybe someone else has an answer to why this could be happening.

Hi

I’m a 20 months pp and had loads of hip and back pain. It’s a little better now. The first 18 months were the worst days of my life.

I went to the doctor multiple times all they ever said to me was exercise and this made pain so much worse.
