Hi I had a normal delivery with no interventions or tears so have more a less healed down there, except I can feel a slight tender bulge just to the side of my vagina wall it's tender if pressed and aches a little. This is my third baby and don't remember what it was like beforehand with the previous labours ive never torn or had anything done down there, just wondered if it's normal? Or could it be something else? Thank You

Hi congratulations on the birth of your little one. Sorry to hear your a little uncomfortable, i have 7 boys and had vaginal and c sections now I have had this and two occasions one was idown to just being bruised and it can sometimes cause an heamatoma beneath the skin it will disperse on its own have you tried a cold sanitary pad to see it that helps soothe it. I have also had cyst which needed to be drained but that was very painful just on one side I had to have antibiotics and it cleared up. Worth mentioning to the midwife hope it goes away soon
