Looking older after baby

About 6 months after having a baby a lot of fat fell of my face now I’m looking a bit saggy and have like around my mouth and hallows under my eyes. I’m only 27 and feeling pretty low as I know there is nothing I can do about it.

I’m devastated that my youthful face has gone and I have no fat left on my cheeks and eyes.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Are you breastfeeding?

Yes!! Are you getting much sleep? I have twins and had a good full night of sleep for the first time in months last night and I honestly woke up looking years younger!! My face just "replumped" itself overnight!

Oh and I am ten years older than you, so you will definitely bounce back OP! Smile

Oh definitely. I cannot bear to look at old photos. But that's what sleep deprivation, breastfeeding, hair loss and crazy hormones will do to you. I'm sure in time you'll feel more like yourself!

My hair loss with twins has been shocking. Gone from really thick hair to 50% less and even nearly a year later it is only just starting to grow back. Now I have all spiky regrowth all over my head but just having to grit my teeth and get through it.

It really takes it’s toll doesn’t it? You’re still young, once you’re sleeping again and your hair has grown back in, you’ll feel better.
