Still no period birth in September

Hi should I be worried I gave birth in September and combination fed for 6 weeks. Then had a heavy bleed when I stopped. I haven’t had any bleeding since. The baby is donor egg ivf and I’m 41 and it was ivf no 7 so lots of drugs over the years as well as progesterone injections and pessaries till 14 weeks of pregnancy. Should I be worried that my period hasn’t returned? I have a doctors appointment in a couple of weeks so might mention it. But thought I would ask when other people Xx

No harm asking your GP but it took me 3 months after I stopped feeding for my period to return, then skipped a month (and had the fear!) And is now back normally. I think I read somewhere that it'll take a year to really settle. I would hope there's nothing to worry about 💐
