Post natal hair loss

I had my 2nd baby 15 weeks ago. I thought I had dodged the post natal hair loss, as it started earlier after the birth of my 1st baby. However, it is really bad this time, clumps of hair every day, finding my hair everywhere. It is also exacerbated by me taking propanalol for post natal anxiety. Has anyone found anything that helps with post natal hair loss or do I just need to suck it up and hope it lessens soon? Thanks ladies.

6 months pp today and it's worse than ever. Really bad. Accompanied by dandruff which I've never had before. And according to the anti dandruff shampoos I can't use them because of breastfeeding. It sucks

Oh you poor thing, this happened to me so badly after my first I looked like a had a death hawk lol it was bad.
I used anti fall which is a natural cream ( as I breastfed) and it stopped my hair loss almost instantly.
After baby hormones go crazy for months. The pp hair loss happens when the big shift occurs and alot of hormones are released through our scalp. Hence hair loss.
I'd suggest trying it, I used it this time around after baby and my hair loss never got so bad. I applied it twice a week and when I saw the dreaded shed coming in I applied it each night and it stopped almost straight away.
It makes my hair grow really fast so I'm just finishing off the tub. They have a sale on at the moment so I'm probably going to buy another one just to finish growing my hair out.
This is the cream here

Mine is now slowing down. I'm seven months pp. fed up of finding my hair all over my Kids lol.

Mine is falling out loads now too. I find it seems to be the 3-6/7 month point the worst. Hoping it slows down soon though.
