Anti depressants and social services?

Hello! So I suffered/suffer with depression since lo was born, he is now 2.5 years old.
Now I may be totally over reacting / over thinking (I am terrible for this) but I had a review for my anti depressants today.
Said that they are working but last couple of months my moods have dipped so we agreed to up to dose on my medication to see if it helps!
He then asks who’s at home with me so I told him my lo and my partner (lo dad) so he types that into his notes and then at the end asks how old lo is. I told him and that was that but ever since then it’s just been playing on my mind. Why did he want to know lo age? Does he think I need help? Will he call ss on me?
I’m probably over thinking it wayyy to much because ss never been mentioned before but I just wanted some reassurance :)

I would imagine he was trying to gain a better understanding of your social circumstances, which forms part of an overall mental health assessment, and was typing his notes as he went along.

Knowing your childs age helps to give a holistic picture of how things are for you and may also help to sign post you to appropriate support if needed (think things like home starter starter children's centre for example).
By seeking help for your depression you're showing that you're looking after yourself and by default your child and this it's less concerning than someone not coping but not asking for help.
I get the anxiety and worry due to the stigma around mental health but I think you're over thinking it. Flowers
