Basically that. Coughing & spluttering everywhere, sore throat, feeling cold when it’s boiling.
Baby is 6 days old, I’ve had an EMCS after a difficult labour so not 100% myself and he has been helping get me out of bed.
Other than struggle through the night by insisting he sleeps downstairs what else can I do to ensure we both stay well?
Baby is exclusively breastfed so hoping this will help a bit.
