15 weeks PP and every time I p**p I get heart palpitations

As said above I'm 15 weeks Postpartum and everyone I poop I have heart palpitations and feel like I'm going to throw up!! It starts as butterfly in my chest works it's way up to the back of my throat! It's making me ill!! And I poop atleast 3 times a day! Is this normal?
