SPD coming back over a year after birth?

Did anyone suffer from SPD in pregnancy? Mine went away a few weeks after birth but now seems to be coming back over a year later. I'm not sure why, whether it's because I'm more active now? Has anyone else had this?

Have you done a pregnancy test?
Mine came back for the second time before I'd even missed my period.

I've had the same, and I'm definitely not pregnant again. Worth ruling out though I think.

Mine started to improve when I was on maternity leave and I was doing lots of exercise. Then I went back to work and am more sedentary than I was, but any time I walk a bit too much I'm in agony. Have you been to the GP? I don't have any results yet but I've been referred for an MRI scan to see if there's an underlying problem.

Thank you both for your replies. I'll take a pregnancy test to rule it out, although would be very, very surprised if I was! I'll book in with the GP soon too. I hope you get some answers and it improves for you too @MrTumbleTumble
