Breastmilk when not breastfeeding

My milk came in today (4 days pp) and I’m not breastfeeding. How long until my milk dries up and when it does will the size return to normal/smaller or stay the same as they were during pregnancy?
I hate having bigger boobs and really can’t wait for them to get smaller again.

My milk dried up within a few days. Wear a firm bra, don’t touch them at all, air dry after washing and don’t express any milk. Hard to say when they went back to normal as I had a bit of weight to lose. In fact even though I settled a couple of lb lighter after each pregnancy, I did gain a cup size with each one too.

I didn't even try breastfeeding at all. I was advised the same thing as pp, to wear a tight top and supportive bra, breast pads to absorb what did come out, and not touch them at all. I think after a week or so it had dried up
