Pill to help dry up milk?

What is the pill that stops your breastmilk?
I would like to give the baby my colostrum if I can but may not be able to breastfeed due to short maternity leave and medication.
Thanks X

Don't know about any pill but it takes a couple of days for the normal milk to kick in properly.
With my second I just breastfed for the first 24 hrs or so whilst in hospital then switched to bottle before milk came in as I knew I didn't want to breastfeed again.

They don’t tend to prescribe it anymore only in special circumstances. In most cases they just advise normal suppression techniques, milk will soon dry up without causing a problem

I think I might have to try the normal techniques then I wasn't sure if this was regular or not
I will just hand express and reduce it until I stop completely
