Abdominal pain 6 weeks after birth

Since giving birth, when I walk I've had a stitch like pain in my lower left abdomen. It died down but when I did a lot of walking yesterday I noticed it again. It's not excruciating but it's enough for me to notice it and have to slow down. Does anyone have any idea what this might be? Thanks

I posted something similar and no one commented so..
hopefully it’s just part of the parcel?! Mines a bit different but it bothers me. I hope you work it out?! I had that stitch feeling and was told it was actually a stitch made worse by the weight of the baby causing havoc with my muscles and so forth?!

I’ve had this too, reckon it’s just things settling back to normal.

I had my period 6 weeks after having my baby. I had horrendous stomach pain and I had very heavy bleeding and clots! It was a horrible period. So it might be that you are going to start your period? If the pain is very unbearable then I would let your midwife know/go to OOH/call 111.
