Hi all,

Need some advice.
I had my daughter Beatrix on the 25th of November.
Vaginal delivery after being induced. Lost 700ml blood etc but I’m fine.
I recovered pretty fast and I was worried about pnd so I knew I had to stay relatively active etc to avoid getting low after her birth.

Its been a month.
The blood has subsided, if I do lots of walking etc I will get some pink blood on the tissue but mostly it’s gone.
I didn’t really get after pains which was lucky.
I didn’t feel bad to be fair.
I was expecting worse.

Yesterday I started experiencing lower back pain and lower abdominal pain. I say pain but I guess I mean discomfort. More of an ache.
I have no temperature, no blood, I’m eating well.
I don’t breastfeed.
It’s hard to explain because saying it’s pains would be a lie, it’s just not comfortable and it’s nagging and driving me nuts.
Because I didn’t have after pains either it’s obviousky made me more worried as why would anythjng start now?!

Any help on this gratefully appreciated.

Kindest regards,

Alex
