Pregnant and scared of postpartum depression again. Hormone therapy?

Hi all,

I suffered terribly with PPD after the birth of DD in January 2017. I got through it without medication, but it took me a good year to feel somehow normal again and it was the scariest time of my life.

I now found out I am pregnant again, this was not planned because of what happened last time - I was too scared to go through it again.

But now that I am pregnant, I am wondering. Are there any mothers out here who had ppd with their first and didnt have it with their second, or anyone have any tips on how to cope?

Also, I am looking at hormone replacement. mainly progesterone therapy. Does anyone have experience with this?

I am just so incredibly scared and can't enjoy being pregnant..

:( xx
