My neck hurts so much!! It has on and off for about 6 weeks. Im pretty sure its due to bfing my 6 month old dd and not sitting in good enough position. Anyone else had this? Considering whether i need to visit gp x

For me it went away when I started post-natal Pilates once a week. It’s not cheap but so worth it as my son’s got heavier for not having a knackered back (I notice if I miss sessions).

Be careful as some Pilates moves overload a post-partum body. The class I attend is specially for new mums, and run by a qualified physio who does her own check for ab separation and helps me modify because I’ve got a pelvic organ prolapse so need to strengthen my pelvic floor without overloading it.

Sorry to go on and on - it’s blooming magic for me!

A nursing pillow also helps you stay more upright in the early days.

Definitely get a widget pillow! My back just gives up on life when I don’t use it

I had the chicco boppy - a firm pillow that really helped. And lots of bf whilst lying down comfortably.
