Tips for snacks to curb hunger while breastfeeding

Any tips on what I can get in from the shops to eat when feeding or just eat generally that's a healthy snack?

My appetite is obviously a bit bigger than normal at the moment and I don't just want to reach for the easy calorific options (eg choc!) despite really wanting to.

I need something that's going to fill me up but out of ideas...?!

I’ve just discovered chocolate almond milk. It’s quite thick like a milkshake. I’ve been having a glass in the evenings, it’s filling and sweet enough for my chocolate fix!

Organic dried apricots (not the regular orange ones) are brilliant- high in iron and good nutrients and very sweet for quick energy/sugar fix. Also help keep you regular!
Mixed nuts, fruit bowl full and nearby to grab when you feed.
