Boil on breast whilst breastfeeding.

Hi,
I have a puss & blood filled boil (sorry) on my right breast. It's not on the nipple so not sure if it's even feeeing related. Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be caused by an infection & should I continue to BF with it? Is it worth troubling a doctor over or just let it heal itself? Slightly concerned...

It could be an abscess caused by a blockage, and I think you should get it checked out. I would continue breastfeeding for now, as you don't want to add engorgement to the situation.
